The company’s object is to develop and operate commercial activity in the audiovisual sector, including marketing services, as well as engaging in activities related to blockchain technology and WEB-3, Artificial Intelligence (AI). The company also focuses on the development of applications and software, and the promotion and development of virtual currency projects (cryptocurrency).

In furtherance of its social object, the company may undertake the following activities:

Audiovisual Commercial Activities (100–1500€):

  • Production, distribution, and sale of audiovisual content.
  • Provision of audiovisual services, including but not limited to film production and digital media production.
  • Acquisition and licensing of intellectual property rights related to audiovisual works.
  • Organization and management of audiovisual events, exhibitions, and festivals.

Marketing Services (500–5500€):

  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies for audiovisual products and services.
  • Market research, analysis and consulting services in the audiovisual industry.
  • Advertising, branding and promotional activities for audiovisual projects.

Blockchain-related Activities:

  • Use of blockchain technology for developing innovative applications and solutions.
  • Providing blockchain consulting services.
  • Implementation of blockchain-based solutions for various industries, including finance, supply chain, and authentication.

Development of Applications and Software (2000–7500€):

  • Design, development and maintenance of software applications.
  • Custom software development tailored to the specific needs of the client.
  • Integration of new technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence into software solutions.

Promotion and Development of Cryptocurrency Projects (4200–9000€):

  • Creation, promotion and management of cryptocurrency projects.
  • Development of platforms for blockchain-based cryptocurrency exchange, wallets and transactions.
  • Research and development of innovative blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies.

This social object is not exhaustive and does not limit the company’s ability to engage in other lawful activities determined by its management or permitted by applicable laws and regulations. In addition, the company may carry out any trading activity, provided that it is not specifically regulated. In general, it can carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions directly related to the company’s object or contributing to its development. The company takes the name DGTLSUBSOIL, S.à r.l.-S. The registered office is located in Luxembourg.
